She also re-shared Umesh Kumar's Instagram post, where he captioned his photo, “Today visited Maa Pitambara located in Datia, Madhya Pradesh with @kanganaranaut. May Goddess' blessings be on you all.”
During her time at the temple, Kangana performed a puja and reflected on the spiritual and historical importance of the sacred site. She took to Instagram to share her thoughts, writing, “This is such a divine place where in the era of Mahabharata, a celestial Shiva linga was established by Ahwatthama, which we also visited. Om Namah Shivay,” which translates to “This is a sacred place where Ahwatthama from the Mahabharata era established a divine Shiv Ling, which we also had the privilege to see.”
